LawWare Remote Support is a small utility designed to provide secure remote support for all our users.
It is based on a commonly used remote control software program called VNC. • What is remote support?
Remote
support is a software program that can be downloaded on to your
computer that will allow LawWare support personnel access to your
computer and assist you with support when you need it. • What do I need to use it?
Your computer must be able to connect to the internet and that's it! • Is it safe?
The
program is designed to allow LawWare personnel ONLY to connect to
your computer. If you have a software firewall on your computer, it may
ask you to accept the outgoing connection. • How big is the download?
The download is less than 200k and should not take longer than a few seconds to complete even on a 56k modem. • How do I get the software?
