"The aim of the LawWare Accredited Business Partner programme is to develop and promote an enhanced and accredited level of knowledgeable and trusted organisation partners, which are committed to developing and supporting a significant presence within their local Law firms." Accredited Business Partners have undergone special training in installing and configuring LawWare software within a variety of IT infrastructures. For example, this includes the procedures for installation, re-installation and moving of LawWare software and data – this means that Accredited Business Partners are very effective at upgrading clients with new Servers and PCs, are fully informed about the impact of all LawWare Editions and their technical requirements and most importantly – know what to do when handling a system crisis involving LawWare software. A LawWare Business Partner cannot support LawWare software in the operational sense, i.e. how the software performs and answer queries related to actual use, firms will contact LawWare directly for this. All in all, firms using LawWare software and a LawWare Business Partner will obtain a higher level of service than they otherwise can. That said, LawWare remain happy to work with any individual firm’s preferred IT support organisation and will provide a good level of support to both the firm and its preferred support company. The
Accreditation programme is for those IT support organisations that want
to leverage their service level provision up to the highest possible
level and offer as much as they can to their clients. IT support companies that have achieved
